Printing something may seem simple – surely you just click a button and the computer does the rest? The reality is there is a lot that can go wrong between the design file and the final print. The choice of ink and print style, what paper stock you use – if the file is set up correctly all have a huge bearing on the quality of the final output. There can also be quite large variations in colour – where possible, it’s important to get a sample of your print run, so an expert can cast an eye over it. Does it represent your brand colours exactly? Do the photos look as they should?
